We genuinely appreciate your understanding that once credits are issued under a monthly subscription, we are unable to provide refunds. This is because we've already committed to and paid for the computational resources needed to generate your AI videos and images. We encourage all users to try our free credits first to ensure our service meets your needs.

Annual Subscription Refund Policy

For annual subscriptions, our refund policy is based on credit usage:

• If you have used less than 1/3 of your annual credits, you are eligible for a refund of 2/3 of your annual subscription payment
• If you have used more than 1/3 of your annual credits, we cannot provide a refund due to the computational resources already allocated
