Welcome to DreamBox AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform at dreambox.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Service Overview

DreamBox AI is an AI-powered content creation platform that enables users to generate images and videos using artificial intelligence models. Users provide text prompts and/or reference images, and the Service produces AI-generated visual content based on those inputs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Use Policy & Acceptable Use

DreamBox AI is committed to the responsible use of AI-generated content. By using our Service, you agree to comply with the following content policies. Violation of these policies may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

4.1 Prohibited Content

You may NOT use DreamBox AI to generate, attempt to generate, or distribute any of the following types of content:

• Sexually explicit or NSFW content: Pornography, nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive poses, undressing, or any other content that is sexually explicit or intended to arouse. This includes both realistic and stylized depictions.
• Child exploitation: Any content depicting minors in sexual, suggestive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate contexts. This is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Violence and gore: Graphic depictions of extreme violence, torture, mutilation, or gratuitous gore intended to shock or disturb.
• Terrorism and extremism: Content that promotes, glorifies, or supports terrorist organizations, extremist ideologies, or acts of terrorism.
• Hate speech and discrimination: Content that promotes hatred, harassment, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Self-harm and suicide: Content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery: Deepfakes or AI-generated images/videos depicting real individuals in sexual, intimate, or compromising situations without their explicit consent.
• Impersonation and fraud: Content designed to impersonate real individuals (including public figures) for deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Disinformation: Content intentionally created to spread false information, deceive the public, or manipulate public opinion.
• Intellectual property infringement: Content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Illegal activities: Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activities, including but not limited to drug manufacturing, weapons creation, or human trafficking.

4.2 Content Moderation

We employ automated content screening and moderation systems to detect and prevent the generation of prohibited content. All text prompts submitted to our Service may be screened before processing. Content that is flagged by our moderation systems will not be generated, and no credits will be deducted for blocked requests.

4.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate using the Service. You agree not to use any techniques to circumvent or bypass our content moderation systems. Attempts to do so may result in immediate account termination.

4.4 Reporting Violations

If you encounter content generated through our platform that you believe violates these policies, please report it to us at hello@dreambox.ai. We will investigate all reports promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

• Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain ownership of the content you generate using our Service.
• Commercial usage rights are determined by your subscription tier.
• You warrant that the prompts and reference images you provide do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• You grant DreamBox AI a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• All platform software, trademarks, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of DreamBox AI.

6. Subscription & Billing

• The Service operates on a credit-based usage system. Credits are consumed when generating content.
• Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
• Pricing is subject to change with advance notice to existing subscribers.
• Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you also agree to their terms of service.

7. Service Limitations

• Output resolution, duration, and quality may vary depending on the model and your plan.
• Generation limits apply based on your subscription tier.
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages.
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your specific expectations or requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DreamBox AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy & Security

• Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
• Payment information is processed securely through encrypted channels.
• We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Enforcement & Account Termination

We reserve the right to take the following actions in response to violations of these Terms, at our sole discretion:

• Warning: A notice requesting that you cease the violating behavior.
• Content removal: Removal of content that violates these Terms.
• Temporary suspension: Temporary restriction of your access to the Service.
• Permanent termination: Permanent closure of your account without refund for serious or repeated violations.
• Legal action: Referral to law enforcement authorities where required by law, particularly in cases involving child exploitation or other criminal activity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
